About Me

Vicki spent 10+ years as a Forensics Accountant in both big Corporates and boutique dispute resolution firms, and so is well aware of the challenges facing professional employees at the start of their careers, and she is passionate about helping them navigate these obstacles, and help reach their potential.

After becoming a mother, Vicki retrained as a Career and Performance coach, with the aim of supporting more people proactively design and build the careers they want, and make more informed choices about their next steps.

Vicki has worked with professionals at all stages of their careers, from graduates to C-suite executives. By focusing on their unique skills and strengths, she supports them to increase their impact at work, and find professional and personal fulfilment, whilst creating the work-life balance they desire.
