Loren is a Communications Consultant with 15 years of experience in copywriting, content production, project implementation and communications. She currently works in the employee experience space, helping enterprise clients strategise communication plans, create content, and implement digital communication channels designed to reach employees and nudge collective change across large organisations.

The skills she utilises in her role include research, strategy, content development, agile project management, analysis and leading teams. She is also a skilled video producer and works closely with animators and video production partners to develop multimedia communications that help organisations effectively reach their employees.

Her recent notable achievements include being part of the team nominated for Employee Engagement Agency of the Year in 2019 and the team that won Silver in the Inspiring Workplaces Consultancy of the Year EMEA 2021.

    Loren is an excellent coach. I was able to develop a healthy and trustworthy relationship with her during my recurring sessions. Through her thoughtful questioning and active listening, she was able to understand my opportunities and get the best out of me. She is very friendly. I always believed coaches to be quite strict and point to point. But, she changed the definition of a "coach" for me. Truely an asset. I just loved the way she coached me.

    I just want to say a big thank you to Loren, she is both professional and showing empathy at the same time. Loren helps me to open up and be precise about the problem I want to solve. I feel safe and comfortable and also find confidence in myself after having coach sessions with Loren, and we did lots of practice to help me keep growing in a good way. Loren is so dedicated, and she enlightens me to be myself, to be a better version of myself, and to see the growth in my self-awareness.     Loren was incredible. She was so easy to talk to and truly understood where I was coming from when trying to explain my thoughts and feelings. She asked me some searching questions that I took away and reflected on. Her approach was so relaxed it was a seamless conversation that never really felt like coaching. A true professional. I would have loved to carry on our sessions as I felt there was so much more to discuss.

    It was a pleasure working with Loren. Each session was enjoyable and Loren opened my eyes to things I can implement within my professional and personal life. I looked forward to every Thursday when our sessions were scheduled. This was truly a great opportunity and I will keep in touch with Loren although our sessions have ended.
