    Working with Joanne was life changing. The initial development gaps i thought i had, uncovered barriers to my professional and personal life. Joanne helped me understand these more and coached me to work through them with a positive outcome. I started the coaching feeling stuck and Joanne helped me free myself and plan in a much more positive light. I dont think Joanne knows the huge impact she has made

    Had a really great experience. Although she had an initial frame to follow, she quickly adapted to the conversations and shifted the attention more on me and what I was interested in compared to the actual results of the tests. It ended up being more productive for me this way.

    This was my first experience with a coaching scenario and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Joanne. She is always inviting and makes you feel very comfortable while sharing.
