About Me

Phil currently works in a leadership role for the luxury electric vehicle company, Lucid Motors. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lucid is helping to accelerate the development and roll-out of futuristic and sustainable EV technology for road cars and more.

Previously he worked for Formula 1 teams including Ferrari, multinational corporations such as Amazon, as well as sustainability startups in Europe.

Phil is an elected member of the Alumni Advisory Council for the University of Oxford, and earned an Executive MBA (Distinction) from the institution in 2020. It was through his association with the university that Phil was introduced to the founders of CareerPoint, enabling him to follow his passion for coaching professionals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
