  If I would have to pick 1 thing in my career which helped me and led me to full understanding of my next career steps, it would be these 6 sessions with Andrew. I've learned a lot and completely changed the view on my next development. He helped me understand where my weaknesses are and what I need to work on next. Thank you very much Andrew, for your help.

  I really enjoyed working with Andrew. He left it up to me to decide which topic to discuss in our sessions. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and I got a lot of useful advice from Andrew. He challenged me to get to the answers myself which felt hard in some moments; however it enabled me to understand the root cause of the issue and find a better solution.

  Andrew was great to work with, always had great insight and suggestion to what the next steps could be. He always made the conversations about myself and what it was I needed and I learn more every session.

  I was very skeptical when I started these coaching Session (not really my thing or so I thought), but after one or two I slowly came around. Andrew is very professional, listens and gives his opinion. At the end of the day this was a very positive experience. While we are busy with the day to day we sometimes forget to stop and look at the bigger picture (yes it sounds corny and obvious but it's true=). We also create obstacle in our own minds that don't really exisit .. Anyway, enough of that. If you need an excellent coach Andrew is your guy ..

  Andrew is an excellent coach. He is able to ask specific questions such that one can get to the core issues or subjects to work on to better your career. He gives advice and steps one can take to resolve these hurdles as well as challenges your thinking on certain issues where you can take note of your biases and see things more clearly.
