Wande has over 25 years of experience working as an IT Consultant in various industries (Financial, Media, Oil & Gas, Central Government & Pharmaceutical to name a few). The last 10 of these have been spent with her working as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with digital businesses. This entails coaching individuals, teams and entire organisations seeking improved ways of working.

Unsurprisingly, the skills that she has garnered as an Agile coach are nearly identical to that of a Career coach!
This includes – politely but firmly challenging, pushing, engaging, questioning, motivating, enthusing and holding people to account.
