    I have already had four sessions with my mentor, Richard, and I must say that he is a great mentor. Each session with him has been thought-provoking, leaving me with more ideas and curiosity about new subjects. His mentorship has played an instrumental role in shaping my perspective on leadership, and I have already seen positive changes in my one-on-one conversations with my leader at work. I am eagerly looking forward to our remaining sessions and the opportunity to further explore more topics. I also appreciate that he is very polite and speaks at a pace I can follow since I'm not fluent in English.

    I have felt that I have gotten so much out of my sessions. I have gotten a list of skills that I have been able to take in my daily work life. I also appreciate that he takes the time to get to know me as a person. He asks about my life and not just my work situations.
