  Antoinette is very likable person. Her attitude is always positive and it's a please to see her happy smiling face once a week. I feel very at ease talking with her. She has given me some great pointers on how to improve me work environment and my personal life, which in turn will also help to improve my work life.

  The experience with Antoinette was priceless! I would do it again in a heartbeat. In fact, the time was always too short that we spoke to each other. Her approach is motivating and encouraging. She not only made suggestions, provided feedback, but also asked great questions to gain insight into my areas of development. I highly recommend her as a coach.   Antoinette was a pleasure to work with and was full of energy and good ideas. In the time that she was my coach, she helped me to step back from the day to day grind of my job and to view my work situation both from a macro level but also to break my work situation down into more manageable chunks so that we could hone in on where the problematic areas were and what I could do to improve the situation. Her knowledge around coaching techniques, office based careers and in particular, the Insurance industry where I work, were all very apparent and very useful.
