    Laura is my first coach and I had an amazing experience with her. She is patient, listens actively and is quick to offer relevant experiences that will help understand the course of action. She guided me to reach the answers by myself and every session has its 'aha' moments. It was so revealing how much work there is to be done and she gave me small tips and tricks to practice after each session which made a huge difference in my work and approach towards life. She makes thorough notes thus relating my habits and actions to prior sessions, patterns etc. and makes me realize what needs work. She is deliberate in her attempts and always picks me up if i am down. I learnt so much in every session and every session was like a new whiff of life, i came out inspired and energized after every session. Thank you Laura!

    Laura was amazing! She created an open and welcoming environment and I felt like I could trust her and really talk through the things that were on my mind.
