About Me

Sonya has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. She worked her way up to senior leadership positions, across cultures, in Global roles. All the while, Sonya also juggled furthering her education and motherhood. Life as she knew it changed when she became a mum to two boys, one of which has additional needs. Her passion to help others achieve their goals has only increased since motherhood, which made becoming a career coach a natural move. Sonya received her coaching credentials from Cambridge University and has enjoyed working with clients with a range of experience. She is passionate about you getting the most out of your career, including building up stronger relationships, overcoming imposter syndrome, finding the courage and confidence to use and further develop your leadership qualities, and helping you become comfortable sharing your innovative ideas. Sonya has worked hard on her career journey, and she will be a passionate supporter of yours.

    it has been a pleasant experience. She came across as very authentic, genuine and easy to connect with making me feel open to share and work through coaching. It was interesting how she challenged and made me take the risk, commit and try uncomfortable approaches.
