  Very open to ideas, constantly challenging the though process of her coachee, especially in making it clear that all goals are within reach. Rebekah is creating a safe and positive environment, where the full hour(s) is utilized.

  It's been (or still is) an amazing experience. Rebekah is a good listener and help in supporting me an guiding me into the right directions. She is very easy to talk to and I truly enjoyed the sessions. The hour flew by!

  Coaching with Rebekah was fantastic, we were able to find very practical solutions and things to work on between sessions. She has been very open and supportive and give very usefull insights. It has really helped me find clarity on my goals and finding ways to acheive them. I would love to continue my work with her on longer term to help me grow my career and leadership role.

  Absolutely fantastic!! In the short 4 weeks that we worked together she completely changed the way I have directed my career path.. Her approach is more listening than directing. She listens to what you think you need to work on and will ask you questions on how to approach that rather than just giving advise. We worked on my leadership goals to get me ready to take on a new manager position. We worked on my positioning skills to make me stand out more within my company. And we even worked on my relationship skills to help me build new/ better relationships. Rebekah would give me small task each week to accomplish that would relate to what we spoke about in our previous sessions that would bring me out of my comfort zone. In just 2 short weeks I have seen such a change in myself all thanks to her! Highly recommend her if you are looking to further your career.

  Rebekah was such a pleasure to work with and made my first coaching experience very enjoyable. As a person who enrolled through an employer, there was naturally some hesitation at first, but she did well in navigating my nerves and setting clear expectations for each lesson. From the outset, Rebekah was able to gracefully ask the hard questions, whilst being emotionally aware of any hesitations I had. She does an amazing job in listening and guiding you through your thought processes, assisting you in preparing an action plan, and offering insight and feedback. Though our time was short, my time with Rebekah was incredibly rewarding and I really look forward to connect again soon. Thanks Rebekah!

  Working with Rebekah has been very enlightening. She listens carefully and provides alternative ways on viewing a situation. I always left each session with a solid plan on how to reach a goal or resolve an issue.

  My experience with Rebekah was better than anticipated! We went into every session ready to take our lesson head on and covered a lot of ground. Rebekah is an amazing listener who was able to breakdown my thoughts and processes down in a way I haven't been able to before. I learned a lot from Rebekah and have already seen a positive return from the various tips and tricks. If you are ever paired with Rebekah just know that you have a great coach!

  Rebekah was excellent at being both an active listener, but also able to ask prompting questions and provide feedback when appropriate or when I deliberately asked for her insight and recommendations.

  Rebekah is a fantastic coach, time with her has been incredibly rewarding. She was able to ask me all the right questions and has given me a lot to think about. Very understanding, warm and clearly loves being a coach. I can already see the benefit of working with Rebekah, and I look forward to taking what she has taught me towards further improving my career.
