Fay is passionate about self-development, realizing potential, developing performance and growth. She works with leaders and professionals to help them develop so that they can achieve greatness including their purpose, vision and goals both personally, and professionally.

Fay is interested in helping leaders grow beyond their technical expertise, developing depth, confidence, direction, and ridding their imposter syndrome.

Fay will focus on you – helping you develop into the person you want to be, both internally and externally. She will help you upgrade your thinking, learning, behavior, and identity. Her coaching will support the development of your leadership skills by creating the space to consider where you are now, what you need to do next and exactly how to get there.

Fay will incorporate the CareerPoint methodology with an evidence-based coaching approach that utilizes positive psychology & neuroscience.

She is a Professional Certified Coach – ICF PCC.

    Working with Fay was an absolute pleasure. We discussed several challenges and with her help I did approach those topics from all angles being able to take a decision. On top, Fay provided me with some additional reading ressources that reinforced the learning and discovering experience even more.

    Fay put me at ease straight away, I felt comfortable with her to go into detail regarding my work and team situation, the issues I have/am encountering. There were numerous reoccurring realisations (aka lightbulb moments) that she helped me acknowledge. She has provided me with tools and suggestions that I have put into action since the coaching took place. I found the coaching insightful, useful and eye opening.
