    Working with Brenden was extremely beneficial to my career. He was able to assist in identifying many areas that I could improve in to be positioned better in my career. He had real world experience and examples to relate to every lesson. He understood my strengths and weaknesses and developed an action plan to make my weaknesses my strengths and my strengths even stronger.

    Brenden is well rounded and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I appreciated Brenden's approach to coaching which was not to tell me what I should be doing but by asking me the right questions that allowed me to come to my own conclusion, understanding and consider different view points. He pushed me to think outside the box and to take a cohesive approach to reach my goals. I have implemented some of the things discussed and is reaping the benefit already. Thank you Brenden for your encouragement and pushing me to come out of my comfort zone.

    excellent coach. brilliant insights and provokes you to survey your situation, develop goals and map a plan to achieve them. extremely personable. very clever with planting insightful thoughts for you to figure out how to approach challenging work scenarios.

    This coaching series for me has come at a vital point of my career. I think I was somewhat at a cross roads and if I had continued on my current path, perhaps I would have achieved my career goals, but I feel that my discussions with Brenden will now fast track my progression. Brenden has helped me reflect on, and identify, areas to improve on and has encouraged me to celebrate other areas. I now have a refreshed mindset and have some absolute nuggets of wisdom which will not only benefit me, but I will ensure to pass on to my team.
