About Me

Christy has spent most of her career in the corporate arena, most recently serving as a Director of an engineering firm. She has a wide array of leadership experience in business ownership, marketing, operations, strategic sales, revenue growth, business development, and customer relations management. She completely understands what it means and what it takes to develop your career. After working with engineers and understanding the usefulness of their design processes, she realized she could apply the same principles to coaching. She is now the owner of My Life Designed, a practice based on an engineering design process. Christy empowers her clients to identify what they really want, develop a mindset for growth, overcome limiting beliefs, identify what it will take for them to achieve it, create their life design blueprint for transformational success, and hold them accountable.     Christy is wonderful! She is very energetic and shows a real passion for wanting to help me develop. The structured curriculum of each call was tailored to my personal growth, but she always left room for unscheduled topics or anything else I wanted to talk through.
