About Me

Michelle is a current financial professional with over 16 years experience in audit, risk and compliance. She is Vice President and Audit Director at a large financial institution in charge of the U.S. Regulatory Reporting, Legal, Corporate Administration, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Human Resources audit programs.

Previously, Michelle worked in London for ten years at another large financial institution, where her last role was Senior Vice President/Senior Audit Manager of Global Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) region.

She is also a licensed attorney and avid Diversity and Inclusion Champion that always finds time to mentor and volunteer. She currently serves as a member of the Professional Women’s Network, Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Volunteer Community Support Program, and is also a member of the Corporate Audit Talent Council, all employee organizations. Prior volunteering activities include Big Sister and Read to a Child.

    She was amazing - I am chatty and definitely derailed our conversations multiple times, but she was always able to make connections to what I was bringing up to what we were meant to go over and she helped me overcome a big obstacle in the office last week
