Nancy has spent her career in the behavioral health field working with clients and staff to develop and increase their professional standings. For the past 20 years, she has been the Director of Community Outreach in the behavioral health department of a non-profit medical center. She has worn many different hats as a counselor, coach, mentor, manager, and a clinical supervisor.     It has been a great experience. Working in the dry desert West Texas oilfields, I never thought I would be offered or enrolled in this type of coaching program. So coming into it was a bit intimidating and uncomfortable. Being that I would be speaking to a total stranger about my work life. Nancy was very professional about describing the program and made me feel comfortable enough where I was able to open up about my job and my career.
