I got so much out of every session with Nancy. She was a great listener and had a way of asking questions that helped me come to my own conclusions/solutions/ah-ha moments. She was non-judgmental, open, empathetic and kind! She helped me to reframe my thoughts and approach problems from as new, more productive and empowering perspective.

Working with Nancy has been one of the highlights of my experience in the Rising Leader Program. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She has been able to help me get out of my own way, build my confidence in my capabilities and courage to speak up in meetings with senior leadership. I now more actively listen in meetings (even when the topics don't align with my responsibilities), and I also listen to how the presenters deliver their message. This has helped me improve how I communicate with leadership, both when presenting and participating in meetings. Overall, this has been an invaluable experience, and I have a lot of great new tools to continue my personal development.

It has been a great experience. Working in the dry desert West Texas oilfields, I never thought I would be offered or enrolled in this type of coaching program. So coming into it was a bit intimidating and uncomfortable. Being that I would be speaking to a total stranger about my work life. Nancy was very professional about describing the program and made me feel comfortable enough where I was able to open up about my job and my career.
