The CareerPoint Bootcamp is a ten-week virtual group coaching experience, free to 100WF NextGen Cayman members. The target audience is 100WF Next Gen members (Professional women with less than 10 years experience in the finance industry).

During the first session, participants will get to know each other and their coaches and learn about the Employee Value Curve, the philosophical touchstone for our coaching work and bootcamps.

Participants will discuss and learn how the business environment creates or limits opportunities for career development.

Participants will discuss and learn how to calibrate their effort to match their ambitions, how to ensure they’re meeting or exceeding managers’ expectations and how to continually improve productivity.

Participants will discuss and learn how to create unlimited value and become indispensable at work by solving systemic problems for their teams and customers.

Participants will discuss and learn how relationships create shared value for people, teams and companies and how to continually enhance the relationships that matter most.

Participants will discuss and learn how their impact on team morale creates shared value, why it iis one of the most important and often under-appreciated value drivers, and practical ways to dial it up.

Participants will discuss and review the key lessons from the BootCamp, the value drivers they most want to focus on, and the steps they must take in the coming months to achieve their goals.
The Bootcamp is free to 100WF Next Gen Cayman members.
While we encourage participants to inform their direct boss and any other stakeholders, there is no requirement to do so.
While we encourage participant to speak openly within the group and emphasise the importance of mutual trust, respect and confidentiality, you should not discuss anything you would not normally share with friends and family members including but not limited to client names, company information, accounting information or anything that could be considered sensitive information.
Although the sessions may be recorded for internal training and improvement purposes, to ensure attendee confidentiality, recordings are not shared with participants.
Yes. All participants will receive our digital credential which they may choose to share on their Linkedin profile.
To received the digital certificate of completion, you must attend at least 7 of the 10 sessions.
Not at this time however you should consult your accrediting institute to confirm whether it would qualify as CPD under their rules.
Originally from the west coast of Scotland, Steve McIntosh is a recovering accountant (ICAEW), HR professional (GPHR) and MBA (University of Oxford). After starting his career with global accounting firm KPMG in 1998, Steve founded offshore financial services recruitment firm CML in 2004 which he led as CEO for 16 years.
In 2020, he founded CareerPoint.com, the virtual coaching platform that helps companies and their people get ahead of the curve. With customers and coaches in more than 30 countries around the world, CareerPoint is well on its way to achieving its two-fold mission to help a million young people advance in their careers and level the playing field for under-represented groups.

Michelle is a financial professional with over 16 years experience in audit, risk and compliance. She is Vice President and Audit Director at a large financial institution in charge of the U.S. Regulatory Reporting, Legal, Corporate Administration, Regulatory Affairs, and Global Human Resources audit programs.
Previously, Michelle worked in London for ten years at another large financial institution, where her last role was Senior Vice President/Senior Audit Manager of Global Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) region.
She is also a licensed attorney and avid Diversity and Inclusion Champion that always finds time to mentor and volunteer. She currently serves as a member of the Professional Women’s Network, Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Volunteer Community Support Program, and is also a member of the Corporate Audit Talent Council, all employee organizations. Prior volunteering activities include Big Sister and Read to a Child.
